Latham & Watkins Advises ONEOK on US$3 Billion Senior Notes Offering
ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) has announced that it has priced an offering to sell US$3 billion of senior notes, consisting of US$750 million of seven-year senior notes at a coupon of 4.95%, US$1 billion of 10-year senior notes at a coupon of 5.40%, and US$1.25 billion of 30-year senior notes at a coupon of 6.25%. ONEOK expects the offering to close on or about August 12, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
