Latham & Watkins Advises on Indianapolis Power & Light Company’s US$350 Million First Mortgage Bonds Offering

Capital Markets team represents the underwriters in the offering by the regulated utility company.

Indianapolis Power & Light Company, a subsidiary of IPALCO Enterprises, Inc. and The AES Corporation, which does business as AES Indiana, announced and priced an offering of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of a new series of 5.050% First Mortgage Bonds due 2035 in a private offering under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 to eligible purchasers.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by partner Brittany Ruiz, with associates Robyn Sablove, Alex Gulino, and Jackie Stern.
