Latham & Watkins Advises Healthpeak on US$500 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DOC) (Healthpeak), a leading owner, operator, and developer of real estate for healthcare discovery and delivery, in an underwritten public offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior unsecured notes due 2033 of its operating company, Healthpeak OP, LLC. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed, on a joint and several basis, by Healthpeak, DOC DR Holdco, LLC, and DOC DR, LLC.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Healthpeak in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by Los Angeles/New York partner Lewis Kneib and Los Angeles counsel Devon MacLaughlin, with associates Tristan Schmoor and Steve Hess. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Los Angeles partner Pardis Zomorodi and counsel William Kessler, with associate Joseph Marcus.
