Latham & Watkins Advises Garage in US$13.5 Million Series A Funding Round

Garage Technologies, Inc., a company focused on modernizing the way America’s most essential fire equipment is bought and sold, announced a US$13.5 million Series A funding round led by Infinity Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, Benchstrength, Wayfinder Ventures, and FJ Labs. This round brings the total capital raised to US$18 million and marks a major step forward in the company's mission to support firefighters in acquiring necessary equipment.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Garage Technologies, Inc. in the transaction with a corporate team led by New York partner Eli Curi, with associate Tess Winston.
