Latham & Watkins Advises on Dayton Power and Light Company’s US$375 Million First Mortgage Bonds Offering

Capital Markets team represents the initial purchasers in the offering by the regulated utility company.

The Dayton Power and Light Company, a subsidiary of DPL LLC and The AES Corporation and which does business as AES Ohio, priced an offering of US$375 million aggregate principal amount of a new series of 4.55% First Mortgage Bonds due 2030 in a private offering under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 to eligible purchasers. The offering closed on August 19, 2025.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by partner Brittany Ruiz, with associates Robyn Sablove, Alex Gulino, and Jackie Stern.
