Accomplished IP Litigator Rejoins Latham in Washington, D.C.
Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Adam Greenfield has rejoined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. Greenfield is a first-chair trial lawyer focused on patent and trade secret litigation involving cutting-edge technology.

Greenfield’s career has been marked by significant victories in pioneering technology and intellectual property cases. He represents both domestic and international clients across various industries, including AI, automotive, defense, energy, financial services, manufacturing, medical devices, and technology. His practice spans district courts, appellate courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and extends to matters with cross-border components and implications.

Greenfield previously clerked for Judge Kimberly Moore at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, for which he was a Global Fellow.
Greenfield joins from White & Case. He received his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
