LumApps, a global leader in next-generation intranet platforms, has entered into a definitive agreement to join forces with Beekeeper, the leading mobile-first platform for frontline teams. The transaction backed by Bridgepoint values the combined company at more than US$1 billion and will create the first AI-powered employee hub — an all-in-one productivity and communication platform for frontline and desk-based employees.
