Latham & Watkins Advises Ashby on US$50 Million Series D

Firm advises the recruiting platform in latest funding round to accelerate AI, analytics, and talent community programs.
Ashby, the all-in-one recruiting platform, has announced a US$50 million Series D. The round is led by Mark McLaughlin at Alkeon with co-led support from returning partner Lachy Groom and participation from F-Prime, Elad Gil, Gaingels, and a number of other existing investors.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Ashby in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partner Seth Gottlieb, with associates Mason Taylor and Saul Aguirre-Villarreal.
