Latham Advises on Republic of Kazakhstan’s US$2.5 Billion Dual-Tranche Bond Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised the Republic of Kazakhstan on the US$1.35 billion 5.00% notes due 2032 and US$1.15 billion 5.50% notes due 2037 issued by the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the Ministry of Finance. The notes have been issued pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A of the US Securities Act and listed on the LSE, AIX, and KASE. Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and Société Générale acted as joint lead managers and Halyk Finance and Teniz Capital acted as local managers.
