PaidHR, a Nigeria-based software company offering a comprehensive platform for HR and payroll management, has announced that it has successfully raised its seed financing round. The financing round was led by Accion Venture Lab, with participation from existing investors, Zrosk, Chui Ventures, and Zedcrest Capital.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Accion Venture Lab in the funding with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Eli Curi, with associates Alex Bernstein and Martin Lazzaro.
