Latham & Watkins Advises on AIRO’s IPO

Multidisciplinary team represents the underwriters in the offering by the company specializing in advanced aerospace and defense technologies.

AIRO Group Holdings, Inc. (AIRO), a company specializing in advanced aerospace and defense technologies, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of US$10 per share. All shares of common stock are being offered by AIRO. The gross proceeds to AIRO from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by AIRO, are expected to be US$60 million. AIRO has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares (solely to cover over-allotments, if any) of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “AIRO” on June 13, 2025, and the offering is expected to close on June 16, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
