Latham Named Growth Capital Team of the Year

Latham & Watkins has been named Growth Capital Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2025. The prestigious annual awards celebrate the UK’s legal elite, with winners chosen by an esteemed judging panel from The Bar, Private Practice, and In-house sectors.

The Lawyer recognized the firm for its role advising on a number of high-profile transactions across the full company lifecycle, including representing OrganOx on its growth round led by HealthQuest Capital, Miniclip on its US$1.2 billion acquisition of Easybrain, Build a Rocket Boy on its acquisition of PlayFusion, and NATO Innovation Fund on its Series C investment in Isar Aerospace. 

Latham was shortlisted in a number of other categories at this year’s awards, including corporate, private capital, litigation, and transatlantic firm of the year.
