Latham & Watkins advised Fortress Investment Group, a leading, highly diversified global investment manager, and the main lender to Football Club des Girondins de Bordeaux, on its financial restructuring through the adoption of a continuation plan adopted in judicial reorganization proceedings.
The plan was adopted via a cross-class cram-down, a first in the French professional football industry.
The Latham team was led by Paris restructuring partner Hervé Diogo Amengual, with restructuring associates Hugo Bodkin and Lucas Lo Cascio.
