On May 13, 2025, Regency Centers Corporation’s (Nasdaq: REG) operating partnership, Regency Centers, L.P. closed an underwritten public offering of US$400 million 5.00% senior unsecured notes due 2032.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Regency in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by Los Angeles partner Julian Kleindorfer, Washington, D.C./New York partner Abigail Smith and Century City partner Brent Epstein, with associates Grace Garcea and Teddy Finneran.
