Latham & Watkins Advises Pallet on US$27 Million Series B Financing Round

Pallet, the company behind CoPallet, the AI workforce for logistics, has announced a US$27 million Series B round led by General Catalyst, with continued support from Bain Capital Ventures, Activant Capital, and Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing total funding raised to US$50 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Pallet in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partner Seth Gottlieb, with associates Darwin Ng and Kayleigh Kuyon.
