Latham & Watkins Advises Adyton in US$11 Million Funding Round

Boston-based team advises technology company in securing capital as it expands its deployment with the US Navy.
Adyton has announced its US$11 million funding round, led by Venrock with participation from Khosla Ventures, Liquid 2 Ventures, Alumni Ventures, Initialized Capital, Kindred Ventures, and Leblon Capital. The company also announced a multi-year deal with US Naval Aviation to deploy its technology.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Adyton in the financing transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partner Spencer Ricks, with associates Gen Bates and Michael Pioso.
