Latham Advises TA Associates on Sale of Majority Stake in Solabia Group
Latham & Watkins has advised TA Associates, a leading global private equity firm, in the sale of a majority stake in Solabia Group, a global biotechnology ingredient solutions provider, to Astorg.
TA Associates will reinvest in the business and will partner with Astorg to support Solabia in executing its growth plan, focused on international expansion and product innovation, through a combination of organic initiatives and targeted M&A.
