Latham Advises Peugeot Invest on Minority Investment in Novétude Group
Latham & Watkins has advised Peugeot Invest, a leading investment firm, in its minority investment in Novétude Group, a European healthcare education platform, alongside majority shareholder Charterhouse Capital Partners.
The Latham team was led by Paris corporate partners Gaëtan Gianasso and Simon Lange, with associates Jacek Urban and Blaise Olympio. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Xavier Renard, with associate Jean-Baptiste Bourbier, and on employment matters by partner Matthias Rubner, with associate Yanis Gaoua.
