Latham Advises on Private Credit Financing for EQT’s Acquisition of Eagle Railcar Services From JM Texas Companies
EQT, a global investment organization, announced that the EQT Infrastructure VI fund (EQT) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Eagle Railcar Services. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals. It is expected to close in Q2 2025.
