London Partner Robbie McLaren Named in The Lawyer’s Hot 100

The Lawyer has recognized London corporate partner Robbie McLaren in its Hot 100 2025, an annual list of professionals celebrated for their legal excellence and relevance.

McLaren was recognized for his expertise in representing life sciences companies and for being at the forefront of the intersection of healthcare and private equity. He serves as the Global Vice Chair of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group. Notable deals include his role in advising BC Partners on the sale of a majority stake in the pharmaceutical group Synthon to Goldman Sachs Alternatives, advising Novo Holdings on its purchase of a fish genetics business, and securing Impilo as a new client during its sale of Immedica Pharma to KKR.
