Latham & Watkins Partners With Diligent to Launch the Latham D&O Questionnaire Templates Within the Diligent One Platform
Latham & Watkins has partnered with Diligent, a leading GRC SaaS company, to launch the Latham Director & Officer (D&O) questionnaire templates within the Diligent One Platform. With the questionnaire templates’ integration into the Diligent One Platform, public companies can now easily and efficiently collect customizable information from directors and senior executives required for disclosure in annual reports and proxy statements filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Latham will update the templates annually based on legal and regulatory developments and market standards.
