Latham Advises on The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s NIS 242 Million Secondary Offering

Firm represents Jefferies as sole global placement coordinator on offering of ordinary shares.
Latham & Watkins has advised Jefferies as sole global placement coordinator on The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd.’s secondary offering of 17,156,677 ordinary shares at an offering price of NIS 20.60 per share. The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will receive approximately NIS 242 million of the net proceeds from the offering, which it intends to invest in its technology infrastructure. The offering is expected to close on or around January 25, 2024.
