Latham & Watkins Advises Triton on Its Acquisition of Trench

Cross-border team represents leading investment firm on acquisition of Siemens Energy’s high-voltage component business Trench.

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Triton on its acquisition of Siemens Energy’s high-voltage component business, Trench. Terms and conditions of the transaction have not been disclosed. The closing of the carve-out transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, Trench’s necessary consultations, and other customary closing conditions, is expected during the first half of 2024.
