Latham & Watkins Advises on Financing to Support ZMC’s Acquisition of InProduction

InProduction, Inc., a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the US live events industry, has announced that affiliates of private equity firm ZMC have acquired the Company to help accelerate its growth. Since 1976, InProduction has partnered with event organizers to transform venues and maximize the guest experience through best-in-class structures. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the direct lenders in a financing to support the acquisition with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos and Peter Sluka and counsel Marcela Ruenes, with associate Ana Nuñez Cardenas. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Jocelyn Noll; and on uniform commercial code matters by partner Brian Rock.
