Latham Advises on HiBob’s US$150 Million Series D Round

London team represents investors on fundraising of HR platform revolutionizing company operations.
Latham & Watkins has advised Farallon Capital and Alpha Wave Global on the Series D fundraising round of HiBob, a HR platform transforming the way organizations operate in the modern world of work. The new funding brings HiBob’s total capital raised to US$574 million.
The round was led by Farallon, with participation from Alpha Wave and existing investors.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner, with associates Jon Fox and Richard Dodding.
