London team represents Bessemer on funding round of intelligent logistics platform automating freight forwarding.
Latham & Watkins has advised Bessemer Venture Partners (Bessemer) on the US$30 million Series B funding round of Raft.ai (previously known as Vector.ai), an intelligent logistics platform using cutting-edge technologies to automate and optimize freight forwarder operations.
The Series B round was led by Eight Roads, with participation from existing investors Bessemer, Episode 1, and Dynamo Ventures, and new investor Moguntia Capital.
Latham previously advised Bessemer as lead investor on Raft.ai’s Series A funding round in 2021.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Aaron Bassett and Samantha Si.
