Latham & Watkins Advises on Vector.ai’s US$15 Million Series A

London emerging companies team represents Bessemer Venture Partners in the AI technology company’s funding round.
Latham & Watkins advised Bessemer Venture Partners as the lead investor in Vector.ai’s US$15 million Series A funding round. Founded in 2017, Vector.ai uses machine learning technology to automate administrative tasks and processes that are necessary for freight forwarders to move goods around the world on behalf of importers and exporters.
Bessemer Venture Partners was joined by Vector.ai’s existing investors Dynamo Ventures and Episode 1 in the funding round.
The Latham team was led by London corporate
partner Shing Lo with associates Aaron Bassett and Samantha Si.
