Stone-Goff Partners (SGP), a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on tech-driven B2B service companies, has announced the final closing of Stone-Goff Partners IV (Fund IV) at US$175 million, reflecting significant increases in commitments from SGP’s existing investor base as well as new institutional investors. Consistent with its predecessor funds, Fund IV will target majority investments as the first institutional investors in founder-led companies focused on B2B services where technology plays a critical role.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Stone-Goff Partners in the fund formation with an Investment Funds team led by New York associate Erin Bergey and New York partner David Sherman, with associates Mike Hart-Slattery and Anna LeBleu. New York partner Michael Milazzo, with associate Michael Syku, advised on tax matters.
