Latham & Watkins Advises RealBlocks in US$10 Million Extension of Series A Financing

Firm represents alternative investments platform in funding to further scale its technology platform.
RealBlocks, a technology platform for alternative investments that provides an end-to-end digital investing process and secondary trading, has announced a US$10 million extension of its Series A financing, bringing its total investment amount to US$20.7 million. The round was co-led by existing investor Crosslink Capital and new investor Left Lane Capital.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised RealBlocks on the investment with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Spencer Ricks and Evan Smith, with associates Martha Anderson and Kristine LaVeau.
