Hillman Solutions Corp., a leading provider of hardware products and merchandising solutions, closed on May 15, 2023 an underwritten public offering of shares of the Company’s common stock by funds affiliated with CCMP Capital Advisors, LP of their remaining 22,455,000 shares of the Company’s common stock.
