Latham & Watkins represented the underwriters in Mastercard’s offerings of US$750,000,000 4.875% Notes due 2028 and US$750,000,000 4.850% Notes due 2033. The offerings priced on March 6, 2023. Capital markets partners Stelios Saffos and Andrew Baker led the Latham team, with associates Shawn Quinn, Egzon Sulejmani, and Erin Gilgen. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Elena Romanova, with associate Sam Yang.
