Latham & Watkins Advises J&T Banka on Acquisition Financing of DICS in GLOBOGATE

Munich finance team represents Czech bank in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins has advised Czech bank J&T Banka on the financing of the acquisition of GLOBOGATE concept AG (Globogate) by Deutsche Invest Capital Solutions (DICS).

Globogate was founded in Switzerland in 2017 and is a leading risk and process management provider and pioneer in the recruitment of nursing professionals from non-EU countries.

The Latham team was led by finance Munich partner Christian Jahn and counsel Ludwig Zesch.
