Latham Advises Atmosphere in Series D Round at a US$1 Billion Valuation

Austin-based team advises growing ad-supported streaming TV platform.
Atmosphere, the worldwide leader in streaming TV entertainment for businesses, has announced a new US$65 million Series D funding round, led by Sageview Capital, Valor Equity Partners, and S3 Ventures. This newest round of funding follows an US$80 million Series C financing led by Sageview Capital completed in December 2021.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Atmosphere in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Austin partner Scott Craig, with associates Chen Zhang and Cecilia Turchetti.
