Latham Represents ONEOK in US$750 Million Notes Offering

Texas-based team advises the midstream service provider on offering of senior notes.
ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) announced that it has priced its offering of US$750 million aggregate principal amount of 6.1% senior notes due 2032. ONEOK intends to use the net proceeds to repay amounts outstanding under its commercial paper program. ONEOK expects the notes offering to close on or about November 18, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
