Latham & Watkins Advises Entrepreneur Family Harting on Acquisition of Studer Cables

Latham & Watkins has advised the entrepreneur family Harting on its acquisition of Studer Cables AG. The agreement includes a strategic partnership with the HARTING Technology Group, which follows the acquisition of Studer Cables’ parent company HC Holding Epsilon AG by HARTING. Both parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The Latham team was led by Frankfurt partners Oliver Felsenstein and Maximilian Platzer, with associates Annika Bilics and Michele Stephan. Advice was also provided on finance matters by Frankfurt partner Alexandra Hagelüken, with Hamburg associate Anna-Maria Kuckerz; and on antitrust matters by Frankfurt partner Max Hauser, with associates Helena Hofmann and Nicolas Jung.
