Latham & Watkins Advises EMZ Partners on Acquisition of Minority Stake in Wishcard

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised EMZ Partners (EMZ) on its agreement to acquire a minority stake in Wishcard Technologies Group, the leading provider of B2C multi-brand gift vouchers and B2B gift cards in the DACH region. Besides EMZ, existing sponsor Oakley Capital as well as IK partners will also retain stakes in the company. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of the transaction.
