Leading Real Estate Partner To Join Latham & Watkins in Germany

Carsten Loll brings extensive experience advising on a variety of sophisticated real estate and private equity transactions.

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Carsten Loll will join the firm in Germany as a partner in the Real Estate Practice. Loll’s practice focuses on advising private equity firms, institutional investors, and asset managers on a variety of sophisticated real estate matters. Loll will divide his time between the firm’s Frankfurt and Munich offices.

He will bring added depth to the team, and valuable expertise to our diverse corporate and finance practices.”

A leader in his field, Loll regularly advises on asset and share deals, and portfolio transactions across all major asset classes, including offices, retail, and logistics.

Loll will join Latham & Watkins from Linklaters. He studied at the University of Heidelberg, Göttingen and Graz/Austria, before completing a Doctorate in law at Göttingen and Frankfurt/O and an LLM at Kings College, London.
