Latham & Watkins Advises Obagi Skincare in Business Combination

A multidisciplinary team advises the physician-dispensed, results-driven skin care brand in the transaction.

Waldencast Acquisition Corp., (NASDAQ: WALD), a special purpose acquisition company, leading physician-dispensed, results-driven skin care brand Obagi Global Holdings Limited and award-winning makeup and skin care brand Milk Makeup LLC, have announced the completion of their business combination. The combined company will operate as Waldencast plc and traded on the Nasdaq under the symbol “WALD.”

Latham & Watkins Advises Obagi Skincare in the transition.
