Latham & Watkins Advises Körber on Acquisition of enVista’s Omnichannel and Global Freight Audit and Payment Services

US/German team represents international technology group on the acquisition.

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised international technology group Körber on its acquisition of enVista’s platform of Enspire Commerce™ omnichannel solutions, including its order management system (OMS), and its freight audit and payment (FAP) services. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

With this acquisition, Kӧrber becomes a single, global provider of omnichannel commerce, fulfillment, and transportation software. In March 2022, Latham advised Körber on the sale of a significant minority stake in its supply chain software business to KKR. .
