Latham & Watkins LLP Advises Inspiration Mobility, an EV Infrastructure Platform, in US$215 Million in New Capital Investment

Inspiration Mobility, a company that invests in, develops and owns the real assets enabling the EV transition, has announced that it has obtained a US$215 million equity investment from Macquarie Asset Management and Ferrovial, S.A. The new funding brings the total investable capital raised to date to US$415 million, enabling the company to accelerate its work electrifying commercial fleets.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Inspiration Mobility in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partners Justin Stolte and James Garrett, with associate John Daywalt. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Jim Cole; and on benefits and compensation matters by partner Adam Kestenbaum.
