Latham & Watkins Advises Blue Earth Capital in Sunfire’s Series D Financing

Germany team represents global impact investment firm in the financing.

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the investment firm Blue Earth Capital on its investment in Sunfire, a leading producer of industrial hydrogen electrolyzers. In addition to Blue Earth Capital, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and Carbon Direct Capital Management Partners also participated in the increase of the Series D capital raising to a total of €195 million.

Latham also previously advised Blue Earth Capital on its investment in 80 Acres Farms.

The Latham team was led by Hamburg partner Nils Röver, with associates Philipp Thomssen and Lorenz Koffka. Advice was also provided on IP matters by Frankfurt partner Susan Kempe-Müller.
