Latham & Watkins Advises A24 in US$225 Million Equity Investment

Entertainment company to expand its production and distribution operations.

A24, the entertainment company behind hits such as Moonlight and Euphoria, has received an equity investment of US$225 million to fuel a strategic growth plan to invest in and expand its production and distribution operations. The lead investor for the round is Stripes, whose founder Ken Fox will now join A24’s board. Neuberger Berman, on behalf of client funds, co-led a group of investors in the round.
