Latham & Watkins has advised Singular Capital Partners on a US$50 million Series C financing round for Papier Ltd., a renowned online stationary brand, to support the global expansion of the company.
The round was led by Singular Capital Partners, with participation from DMG Ventures, Lansdowne Partners, and Kathaka; and existing investors Felix Capital and Beringea.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Shing Lo and Robbie McLaren, with associate Felix Gasten.
