Latham & Watkins Advises TravelPerk in US$115 Million Series D-1 Financing

A Boston-based team represents the unicorn company pioneering the future of business travel.
TravelPerk, one of the largest and fastest growing global travel management platforms, has announced it raised US$115 million bringing the company’s total valuation to US$1.3 billion. The round was led by General Catalyst Partners and Kinnevik AB.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents TravelPerk in the financing with an emerging companies deal team led by Boston partners John Chory and Spencer Ricks, with Boston associates Naomi Smith, Martha Anderson, and Lauren Hanna. Advice was also provided on data privacy matters by Boston associate Deborah Hinck.
