Latham & Watkins LLP advised the world's leading link management platform Bitly Inc. (Bitly) on its acquisition of Egoditor GmbH (Egoditor), the world's leading QR code platform based in Bielefeld, Germany. Bitly continues to be supported by majority investor Spectrum Equity and is represented by Pete Jensen and Parag Khandelwal, on the Board of Directors.
