Latham & Watkins Advises Chimera Capital on the Close of Its US$75 Million Venture Capital Fund

Transaction represents Chimera’s first venture capital fund close.
Latham & Watkins has advised Chimera Capital Ltd (Chimera), an ADGM regulated fund manager and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chimera Investment LLC, the Abu Dhabi-based private investment firm managing a diversified portfolio of listed and private equities around the world, on the close of its first venture capital fund.
Chimera Global Fund I LP (the fund) increased its cap from US$50 million and reached its new cap of US$75 million. The fund is backed by a number of regional and global Limited Partners including Mubadala Investment Company.
