James McCrory

James McCrory is a partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. McCrory advises asset managers with respect to a broad range of fund-related matters, focusing on:

• Raising and marketing private funds across a broad range of asset classes and strategies
• Asset management M&A transactions (control and minority/GP stakes)
• GP-led secondary transactions
• Establishing bespoke strategic partnership and joint venture arrangements.
