James McCrory is a partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

  • Raising and marketing private funds across a broad range of asset classes and strategies
  • Asset management M&A transactions (control and minority/GP stakes)
  • GP-led secondary transactions
