Latham & Watkins Represents Otonomo in Its Acquisition of Neura

A multidisciplinary deal team advises the company whose data and intelligence solutions are working to empower change across the mobility and transportation landscape.

Otonomo Technologies Ltd., a leading provider of a pioneering vehicle data platform and marketplace, has announced that it has acquired Neura, Inc., a leader in AI-powered Mobility Intelligence. Otonomo expects this acquisition to expedite Otonomo’s growth and to contribute positively to Otonomo’s revenue moving forward.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Otonomo in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners Ryan Maierson and John Greer, and London partner Josh Kiernan, with Houston associates Ryan Lynch, Clayton Heery, and Jessica Sherman.
