Latham & Watkins Advises Activant Capital in Connection With Bolt’s US$393 Million in New Funding

A New York-based team advises the investor in the one click checkout platform’s financing.
Bolt has announced US$393 million in new funding: US$333 million in Series D funding and US$60 million in follow-on capital at ~18X Bolt’s valuation ~18 months ago. Activant Capital, an existing investor, participated in the round that brings Bolt’s total funding to over US$600 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Activant Capital in the transaction with a New York-based team led by partners Stelios Saffos and Jim Gorton, with associate Teddy Ellison.
