Latham & Watkins Represents Amplitude in Direct Listing

Multidisciplinary team advised on the listing by the software company.

Latham & Watkins represented Amplitude, Inc., a pioneer in digital optimization, in the software company’s direct listing on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “AMPL” on September 28, 2021. Latham previously represented Spotify in its groundbreaking direct listing in 2018 and the financial advisers in the direct listings of Slack, Asana, Coinbase, Squarespace, ZipRecruiter, and Wise.
